Certificate of compliance

A certificate of compliance must be lodged with us within 30 days after the operations in a forest practices plan are completed. You need to complete the certificate, and it has to be lodged by the person who applied for the plan.

Reports on the lodgement of compliance certificates are included in our annual reports.

Section 41 notices

The purpose of section 41 notices is to require corrective action to comply with a plan (e.g. to undertake restoration; or stop operations due to wet conditions). Guide to filling the electronic section 41(1) form (PDF 237.8 KB)
